Please feel free to make an appointment for a tour. You can email us at Info@ReachingHeartsPreschool.com.

The tour will last for around 30 minutes. A package of the following registration and policy documents will be given to you.

Registration and Policy Documents:

To register, please submit the completed documents along with a copy of the child's immunization record, registration fee, and a one-month tuition deposit before the first day of school. Preschool Policies are stated in the Policy Acknowledgement Form.

5. Requirements from The State of California:

a. Identification and Emergency Information

b. Consent for Medical Treatment

c. Acknowledgement of Notification of Parent's Rights

d. Acknowledgement of Additional Children in Care Notification

e. Pre-Admission Health Form

f. Current Immunization Records (please bring a copy of the yellow immunization card)
